With Restaurants

  • Restaurant partners may see your name and reservation details when you book a surprise bag
  • Restaurants receive your pickup code for verification during collection

Marketing Communications

Account Deletion

To delete your account and associated data:

  1. Go to Profile → Settings
  2. Select "Delete Account"
  3. Confirm deletion

Upon deletion, we will:

  • Remove your personal information within 30 days
  • Anonymize your past reviews (keep review content but remove personal identifiers)
  • Delete or de-identify reservation history and transaction records where applicable

If you experience any issues deleting your account in-app, you can contact us and we will help process the request.

Data Retention

  • Active Account Data: Retained while your account is active
  • Reservation and Transaction Records: Retained for up to 2 years for accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations (where required)
  • Deleted Account Data: Removed within 30 days (except anonymized content and records we must keep for legal or accounting purposes)

We implement reasonable security measures designed to protect your data:

Our service operates primarily in Lebanon. Your data may be processed and stored on servers located outside Lebanon, including the United States, for hosting and operational purposes.
